Flöka is a digital platform with a mission to make proactive integrative health care accessible to all women. The Flöka App uses a machine-based learning software that helps women track their menstrual cycle and other health-related data and makes personalized suggestions for activities, vitamins, nutritional supplements, fitness, sleep, cognition, mood and skin care products, among other things. Flöka also makes available telehealth services to health practitioners to enable them to communicate and collaborate with patients.
