Start Within ^Company

Start Within is a mental health support platform. Start Within Coaching facilitates healing from collective, historical, and personal trauma. To help mitigate the impacts of the pandemic and social injustice for Black, Latinx, Indigenous (BIPOC) leaders, and other communities impacted by inequity, we offer individual and group services focused on self-care, mindfulness, and resilience. The founder of Start Within Coaching, Coach Colette Ellis, also created mental health support EFT-Tapping chatbot Libbie (www.tapwithlibbie.com).
